Hello, and welcome. I'm Caro Ribeiro, a South Miami hairstylist and hair artist. For me, hair has never been just about style—it's been a journey of connection, transformation, and purpose. For more than two decades, my passion has been helping people discover their true confidence, whether in the salon chair, the classroom, or through heartfelt community service.
N.E.W. byCaro is the next chapter of that journey, a return to the intimate, one-on-one hair services that I love most.
My Foundation: From Industry Expert to Educator
My path began over 21 years ago, in Brazil where I'm from, working inside a major cosmetics company where I became an expert in the science and business of beauty. 10 years later, realized my true calling was to share that knowledge. In 2010, I founded my first educational venture in Lima, Peru, creating comprehensive management courses to empower salon owners with skills in expert hair color, balayage techniques, and business management. I discovered a deep love for mentoring and helping others build their dreams, a lesson that now shapes every client transformation I create.
My Heart: A Commitment to Compassionate Craft
I've always believed that our craft is a gift, and it's most valuable when we give it back. This work is the heart behind my craft, both here in Miami and in my work abroad.
Through initiatives like "The Little Scissor Project," I had the privilege of providing free haircuts and organizing drives for thousands of families. As an honored "Cut It Out Ambassador," I use my platform as a stylist to advocate for those affected by domestic violence. This work is about providing care and empowering people to feel safe and beautiful.
My Evolution: The N.E.W. Experience in South Miami
After years of managing salons and teaching, I felt a pull to return to the core of my artistry. N.E.W.byCaro is the result: a private hair studio experience in South Miami, focused on intimate, one-on-one appointments.
This model allows me to dedicate all my attention and expertise to you and your hair journey. It’s a quiet, private space for true transformation, where we can collaborate on creating your perfect look, from a signature haircut to a bespoke balayage.
My mission is to combine my expertise as a hair color specialist and stylist to create a look that is authentically you. I can't wait to welcome you to my South Miami studio.
